Campus Tours
​​There are many things that make BWE a great place to be!  If you are new to our campus and would like to take a tour please call our front office staff to set up a time at 817-744-6500. 

Dismissal Procedures - School ends at 3:25pm

  • PreK, Kindergarten and 1st grade students are picked up down past the main office doors.  The PreK, Kindergarten, 1st grade, and Siblings of K/1 students car lane is the furthest lane to the right. 
  • 2nd, 3rd, 4th, & 5th grade students are picked up by the Cafeteria doors.  The 2nd/3rd/4th/5th grade student car lane is the inner lane furthest to the left.

Any students riding a bus or daycare van are picked up in the back of the school from the gym area.

Any student walking home are released out the back doors by the playground. Students who are walkers are not monitored or escorted home, they are released at the end of the school day at 3:25pm.
